Unleash your inner true self™ offers different options.
Hypnotherapy sessions: Very effective for example as a smoking cessation or weight loss program, hypnotherapy sessions can be scheduled on demand and don’t require as much follow up as sophro-analysis. Nevertheless, you might realize after a few sessions on a specific matter, that you’d like to pursue your self- discovery adventure a little bit further.
Sophro-analysis sessions: a brief therapy, it still requires a short term commitment as it takes about fifteen sessions to fully integrate the benefits of the therapy. A very deep process, it allows a real before-after therapy effect.
A combination of both techniques: Unleash your inner true self™ is my own signature and heritage. Following the lead of your Higher Self, I’m constantly adjusting the balance between Sophro-analysis and Hypnotherapy to make sure that you receive the most out of each session.
The therapist embraces each client as a person already in a process of healing, always adjusting their guidance to the client’s unique personal history. It’s the client’s higher self consciousness that knows where to lead them, at the right moment.
One of the main goals of this therapy is to gain autonomy, to become the principal actor of our lives, to find our way out of the position of the victim and to be able to take responsibility for our own well-being. We all have a potential of resources that we can fully put to use. If we allow ourselves to let go of certain limiting beliefs such as “I don’t deserve to succeed, to be loved”… we can change our behaviors, or the way we see the world around us.
Rhythm of a session:
- It begins with a dialogue between the client and the therapist.
- The client receives an induction of relaxation to reach an altered state of consciousness, advantageous to the emergence of past and subconscious memories.
- The client acknowledges the meaning of those memories and finally releases any limiting beliefs or behaviors tied to them thus transforming them into new and positive energy.
- Coming back to a full awareness and awakened state.
